Hvordan betaler du din husleje?
Når du bor i en lejebolig, som vi administrerer, skal lejen indbetales via de lejeopkrævninger, som vi udsender i slutningen af hver måned. Betalingen af lejen skal ske senest den 1. hverdag i måneden, medmindre andet er noteret i din lejekontrakt.
Vi anbefaler, at du tilmelder din lejebetaling til betalingsservice. På den måde sikrer du, at din husleje altid bliver betalt rettidigt. Oplysninger til brug for tilmelding til betalingsservice fremgår af lejeopkrævningen.

Herefter vil vores ejendomsadministratorer sørge for, at du modtager et indbetalingskort hurtigst muligt.

How do you pay your rent?
When you live in a rental property that we manage, the rent must be paid via the rental invoices that we issue at the end of each month. Rent payment is due no later than the 1st business day of the month unless otherwise noted in your lease agreement.
We recommend that you enroll your rent payment in automatic payment service. This ensures that your rent is always paid on time. Information for enrollment in the automatic payment service can be found on the rental invoice.
Have you not received your payment slip?
If you have not received your payment slip, please send an email to lejer@oadv.dk.
Our property administrators will then ensure that you receive a payment slip as soon as possible.
We recommend that you sign up for automatic rent payment through Betalingsservice, so that your rent is always paid on time. Information for signing up for Betalingsservice is available on your payment slip. If you have further questions about signing up for Betalingsservice, please contact your bank. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the Betalingsservice agreement to become active, so it is a good idea to keep an eye on your payment overview.
Have you been notified that we have not received your payment
even though you have already paid?
If you have received a notification that we have not received your payment even though you have already paid, please send an email to lejer@oadv.dk.
In the email, please attach a copy of a payment receipt from your bank, showing the amount transferred, date of transfer, and the account to which the amount was transferred.
However, we have found that it often takes 2-3 days for the transferred amount to be registered.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to notify you when we have received your payment. If we do not receive your payment, you will receive a notification about it.
