Hvordan betaler du din husleje?

Når du bor i en lejebolig, som vi administrerer, skal lejen indbetales via de lejeopkrævninger, som vi udsender i slutningen af hver måned. Betalingen af lejen skal ske senest den 1. hverdag i måneden, medmindre andet er noteret i din lejekontrakt.

Vi anbefaler, at du tilmelder din lejebetaling til betalingsservice. På den måde sikrer du, at din husleje altid bliver betalt rettidigt. Oplysninger til brug for tilmelding til betalingsservice fremgår af lejeopkrævningen.

Har du ikke modtaget dit indbetalingskort, bedes du skrive til lejer@oadv.dk.

Herefter vil vores ejendomsadministratorer sørge for, at du modtager et indbetalingskort hurtigst muligt.

How do you pay your rent?

As a resident in one of our managed rental properties, your rent should be paid via the invoice we issue at the end of each month. The payment is due no later than the first business day of the following month, unless your lease agreement specifies otherwise.

We recommend that you sign your rent payment up to the automatic payment service. This ensures that your rent is always paid on time. Information for enrollment in the automatic payment service can be found on the rental invoice.

Have you not received your rent invoice?

f you’re missing your rent invoice, please reach out to us at lejer@oadv.dk.

Our team of property managers will ensure you receive your rent invoice promptly.

We also suggest signing up for Betalingsservice for automatic rent payments, which guarantees your rent is always paid on time. Instructions for Betalingsservice enrollment are found on your rent invoice.

For additional guidance on Betalingsservice, please contact your bank. Keep in mind that it may take up to 30 days for your Betalingsservice agreement to activate. Therefore, it’s wise to monitor your payment overview during this period.

Have you been informed of a missed payment despite having paid your rent?

If you receive a notice claiming we haven’t received your rent payment, even though you’ve paid, please email lejer@oadv.dk.

Include in your email a copy of the bank payment receipt, detailing the transfer amount, date, and the recipient account.

Be aware that it may take 2-3 business days for the payment to be registered in our system.

Unfortunately, we are not able to notify you when we have received your rent payment. If we do not receive your payment, you will receive a notification.
